Cape Bec is the capital city of the Esterfell Accord. It sits on an artificial cape in the northern ocean, connected to Lenya by long bascule bridges marking the northern loop of the Road of Commerce. Ships regularly travel from Cape Bec to the nearby city of Cape Luz.
